What are you sitting with today? Doesn’t have to be in meditation – just where’s your place of attention, curious investigation, practice?
I’ve been practicing with a recent casting of the I Ching. Had to do with innocence and purity – showing up wholly and honestly, without an agenda. Also had to do with transition…and embrace of the unexpected.
Resting in this place of practice brings me relief. Takes away any “trying” to be something or someone. It’s honest. It feels home.
