I’m not so into New Year’s resolutions. But I do find myself checking in during these wintery months and asking:
What do I want less of this year?
What do I want more of?
I’m wanting less…
- social media
I’m wanting more…
- green tea
- dark leafy greens
- focused reading time
- home yoga practice
- classical music
Thus far, 2017 has been a win with all this – the less and the more.
When your whole being craves a thing, seeking it out isn’t a struggle.
