I just tidied up my to-do list…and am feeling a strong pull to clear and declutter elsewhere too.
So, this Saturday, I find myself asking:
“Where am I keeping clutter around as a way of putting off decisions?”
“Where can I make things simpler?”
(My to-do list and file cabinet are usually a good place to start!)
For me, this sort of practice – making space and cultivating simplicity on my to-do list and in my physical surrounds – brings ease. And clarity.
Same goes with food.
Sometimes (er, oftentimes) I crave simple.
So while last week’s post featured a full-on feast, this uncomplicated slow-cooker meal is more my speed – and pretty much perfect…
And this post-dinner indulgence is more than enough…
